Intention

Our values inform what we see and how we interpret what we notice. Want to leave this up to chance or outside manipulation? I don't! By setting clear and resonant intentions, we can shift our experience of reality from overwhelmed bystander to active participant.

Attention

We pay attention to what we find important. Intention-centered attention means learning how to tell the difference between what really matters and all the noise that doesn't. Effective attention prioritization allows us to manage our time, energy, and resources on purpose. The end result? A life lived more purposefully.

Connection

With disciplined intention and attention, we create the space for profound connection to surprise us. Meaningful connection can spring out of any moment of our day-to-day relationships and interactions. With friends and family, work and communities, our physical environment and animals. And with ourselves too. This is what life is about!
